MAXIMUS project

MAXIMUS is Khapaev Maksim, born in 1977 in the city of Moscow. Max started showing serious interest in the writing of electronic music in 2006 working mainly with FL Studio at the time. Gradually he switched his software preferences to Nuendo/Cubase and harware materials, and in 2008 Maximus Project was born. Moving in the direction of dark-psy, the main features of the project lie in the heart of heavy bass making combined with deep sounds of the outdoors filled with both organic-forest as well artificial-metallic motives of the transcendental future. Working together with Oleg HYSTERIA and borrowing from his psychedelic production expertise, Maximus is heading straight for the top placement in the Moscow dark-psy underground. In the project's arsenal, teamwork with other recognized dark-psy musicians from the world over is expected. Stay tuned!
