Bio:
MEKKANIKKA is Nicolas Oesch (or Nikka for short), born in Switzerland and currently residing in Spain. In 1999, upon his return to Europe from California where he had been working as a sound technician, Nikka started BIODEGRADABLE project with Sammy CPU and Max SIRIOUS ISNESS. All three producers as a result quickly rose to prominence in the global psytrance scene and all three eventually pursued their own solo projects... In 2003 Nikka released his first solo album as Mekkanikka on the Israeli SPIRIT ZONE Records and this is when his musical career really took off... Currently signed to NUTEK Records Mekkanikka these days is one of the major psytrance acts in the world.
In 2009 Nikka gave the SYNSUN duo and Vlad ARSTENSE a new track for a VS remix which came out on Artsense's album PRIME released in January 2010 exclusively on BLITZ STUDIOS.
