METAHERTZ aka ENERGY LOOP

The man behind ENERGY LOOP is Vili Fledhun from Israel. He was born in the Holy city of Jerusalem in 1979 and one dark night at the age of 13 he heard rather peculiar noises coming from somewhere outside his family home. Curious he decided to explore the nearby wilderness and eventually found himself right in the middle of a psychedelic trance event. It was right there and then that Vili fell in love with the psychedelic sound streaming out of the speakers. Since that memorable day Vili has been creating his own unique music full of massive basslines and bouncy kicks layered with powerful jumping synths to achieve an overall texture which is very dark and complex but somewhat melodic at the same time...

Since 2005 Vili has been working as a professional audio consultant and mastering engineer for several Israeli as well as international artists and labels. Over the last few years Energy Loop has been also collaborating and writing VS tracks and remixes with many respectable artists such as TSABEAT, KINDZADZA, GUINEA PIGS, NAKED TOURIST, ANKUR, PSYKOVSKY, MENTAL ILLNESS and ELECTRYPNOSE. Vili's tracks, both solo and VS, came out on such labels as GOA, OSOM MUSIC, FREE RADICAL, CRUISE CONTROL, EVIL KNIVEL, MASS ABDUCTION, DEJA VU, GEOMAGNETIC and several others. In 2009 Vili created his second alter ego METAHERTZ to pursue the full on morning side of psychedelic trance. His debut track as Metahertz written together with MONTTI came out on FULL SERVICE VA 'the Russian-Israeli full on sound' compiled by Alex DHARMA KAYA. Several versions of the track initially existed, but the final one was re-arranged and edited by Dharma Kaya together with Vili.
